I had to go to two different ice makers to get ice , no hair dryers.

We were only there for 1 day so we did not get to experience much.

There was one bar man that made us feel a little more welcomed. The beach was also nice.

Poor service, unattractive, dated interior/exterior, outrageous prices for mediocre meals and service.

Again, I cannot stress enough how unfriendly the entire staff was at this hotel. It made our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. The staff acted as if we were a bother to them - perhaps because their gratuity is already included in the price of the meal. At one point, I asked a bell hop if the ship port was downtown, he said yes, I thanked him and walked away to hear him call me cheap to his friend. Also, there was a charge to our room that we did not make, we went to the front desk to tell them and they argued with us about it. Unbelievable. Overall, the stay was unpleasant. The beach next to the hotel was cute that was about it. I would never recommend this hotel to travelers. In fact, I will do my best to deter people from the Wyndham. ...read more

The room was quite spacious, clean and comfortable and had a balcony.

There are few local restaurants nearby, so you have to use the hotels eating facilities.

Hotel is the quality you would expect for Wyndham. Service is good. Hotel has a Casino open 24 hours. Join the Wyndham Honors club before you book and you may be eligible for extra discounts. I really enjoyed my stay. ...read more
